Nature of the Work
365 Transformd is an anonymous artistic and social experiment. It may be experienced as art, reflection, education, exploration, or personal inquiry. No single interpretive framework is definitive or binding.
The Project is not presented as:
Medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment
Legal, financial, or professional advice
A formal academic or scientific study
Voluntary Participation
Participation is entirely voluntary. You may engage, disengage, or withdraw at any time without obligation or consequence.
Personal Responsibility
Participants remain fully responsible for:
Their interpretations of the material
Their emotional, psychological, or practical responses
Any actions taken as a result of participation
The Project makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, insights, or experiences.
No Professional Advice
Nothing within the Project should be interpreted as medical, mental health, legal, financial, or professional advice. Always seek qualified professionals for such matters.
Intellectual Property
All original content, structure, and presentation within 365 Transformd are the intellectual property of the Project unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, repurpose, extract, or present Project content or outputs as authoritative evidence, formal research, or verified conclusions.
Non-Extraction, Non-Misrepresentation
365 Transformd is an exploratory artistic and social experiment. Participation, content, interactions, patterns, or observations arising from the Project are contextual, interpretive, and non-authoritative in nature.
No aspect of the Project, including participation data, aggregated patterns, reflections, or outputs, may be extracted, repurposed, or represented as:
Formal academic or scientific research
Clinical, psychological, medical, or therapeutic evidence
Institutional, governmental, or regulatory data
Verified findings, conclusions, or population-level claims
The Project does not submit itself to oversight, validation, or classification by academic, medical, governmental, or corporate institutions, nor does it consent to compulsory disclosure of data beyond what is required by applicable mandatory law.
Any attempt to frame, compel, or represent this Project as a formal study, trial, dataset, or institutional research initiative, or to assert jurisdictional authority beyond the scope defined in these Terms, constitutes a material misrepresentation of the nature of the work.
Interpretations, applications, or secondary uses of the Project undertaken by third parties occur outside the scope of the Project’s intent and responsibility.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 365 Transformd shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation or use of the Project.
Governing Law & Global Participation
This Project is offered globally. These Terms are intended to be interpreted in a manner consistent with generally accepted principles of law, subject to any mandatory local legal requirements that apply based on participant location.
These Terms shall otherwise be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Project is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing herein shall be construed as conferring jurisdiction or venue where none otherwise exists.
Modification or Termination
The Project may evolve, change, pause, or conclude at any time without notice. No obligation exists to maintain continuity, provide explanations, or release data.
